MONDAY

Where I wore it…Recently on my Instagram, I've shared glimpses of my many 40th birthday celebrations 🎉 Last Monday was particularly special, as I had a delightful lunch catch-up with my mum friends. The food and company were just fabulous!
Outfit Details… Lately, I've been obsessed with the oversized denim Shacket trend – if it's denim, count me in! This particular gem is a recent find from Ceres Life, the large pockets and rich, darker denim wash stole my heart the moment it arrived.
To style it up, I paired the Shacket with a simple black cami and these chic straight leg jeans from Assembly Label, adding a touch of sophistication to the outfit.
At the eleventh hour, I threw on my favourite dark caramel wool coat (also from Assembly Label), and it was a game-changer! Not only did it add a stylish contrast to the denim, but my Insta stories confirmed it was a hit with everyone too!
Finishing touches? A pair of woven black ballet flats, my trusty leopard print bag, and some understated gold jewellery for that perfect final touch. 👌🏻
TUESDAY

Where I wore it…On Tuesday, comfort was key as I navigated a sprained back, school drop-offs, a quick cafe stop and a day of working from home. This outfit definitely ticked the comfort box, but it also felt a little elevated too!
Outfit Details…I've been embracing matching leisure sets lately, and this neutral ensemble from The Fine Label (old) has become a staple in my wardrobe. There's something effortlessly chic about donning a monochromatic look—it instantly elevates the outfit and ties everything together seamlessly.
To add a layer of warmth, I opted for this fantastic quilted jacket from Zara, which I picked up preloved via Depop—a treasure trove for secondhand finds! And for footwear, nothing beats the comfort and versatility of my trusty New Balance 327s. Their sporty, but the neutral design makes them an absolute favorite in my collection!👌🏻
WEDNESDAY

Where I wore it… Wednesday was another day of morning mum-duties and a day WFH.
Outfit Details… Jeans are a constant in my wardrobe rotation, and these ones from Assembly Label are no exception. As the weather starts to cool down in Melbourne, my go-to outfit formula involves pairing jeans with a cozy crew neck sweater—this dark neutral one from Cotton fitted the bill perfectly.
To add a touch of sophistication to this casual look, I layered on this Sussan blazer-come-coat (last season). The tweed texture effortlessly elevates the entire outfit, and of course, no outfit is complete without my trusty Converse High Tops. While Cons may not be everyone's cup of tea, I've been a devoted fan for years! 👌🏻
THURSDAY
OUTFIT FORMULA = UTILITY PANT ➕ SWEATER ➕ DENIM SHACKET ➕ WHITE SNEAKERS

Where I wore it… Thursday was a public holiday here in Australia as we celebrated ANZAC Day so we had a very slow morning, but the afternoon we met friends for a game of bowling and dinner with the kids!
Outfit Details…I'm a sucker for a great pair of jeans, as you can see from my other outfits last week! 😂 However, I've been making a conscious effort to mix things up by incorporating non-denim pants into my rotation. The ones I wore on Thursday were another fabulous secondhand find from Depop, by Wilfred (Aritzia). I'm absolutely smitten with the rich brown colour, which goes with so many pieces in my wardrobe, including this favourite Sezane striped sweater.
Once again, I opted for an extra layer, rand added my trusty denim Shacket (yes, I'm all about outfit repeating!). Despite nursing a bad back and watching everyone else bowl, I still opted to wear my bowling friendly Veja’s just in case I changed my mind! 👌🏻
FRIDAY

Where I wore it… I managed to sneak in a before school drop-off beach walk, and popped to the local cafe to grab a quick chai latte to go,. Then the rest of the day I was working from home.
Outfit Details…As a huge fan of head-to-toe monochrome looks, black serves as an excellent base color for layering other pieces. This crew neck sweater, another one from Cotton On (I definitely recommend these!), pairs so well with the cuffed M&S ankle track pants - I’d even considered buying the matching Cotton On track pants, but I won’t need to as, these worked so well together!
The deep brown and black combination is a personal favorite of mine, so wearing my Assembly Label wool coat was a no-brainer for that added layer of warmth and style. Completing the outfit, the trusty New Balance 327s in a complementary colorway tie everything together effortlessly.
To elevate the overall look, I added some simple gold jewellery—because sometimes, it's the little details that really make all the difference.👌🏻
SATURDAY

Where I wore it… Saturday was another beautiful day in Melbourne. It was a slow day with the family - cafe dates, park outings, and a brief trip to the shopping mall for some odds and ends.
Outfit Details… I recently came across a post on Emma Paton’s Instagram where she styled the same Sezane cardigan with a frilly high-necked blouse underneath, and I was instantly inspired to recreate the look. I opted for a Sezane blouse I've had for a couple of years, as its collar perfectly complements the cozy cardigan. I absolutely loved how this turned out, what are your thoughts? With the foundation set, I completed the outfit with straight-legged jeans and Converse High Tops in a neutral colorway for the win 👌🏻
SUNDAY

Where I wore it… I had the pleasure of meeting up with some lovely ladies I've connected with on Instagram for brunch on Sunday. We met at one of my favorite spots in Melbourne - The Botanical Gardens. The weather certainly turned it on for us, it was such a beautiful sunny autumn day!
Outfit Details…For this brunch outing, I opted for a slightly dressier look, and my go-to outfit formula of jeans paired with a chic top never disappoints! These Agolde jeans have become a staple in my wardrobew - the edgy rips work so well with a feminine blouse (an old favourite from Sezane). Grabbed one of my top autumn preloved finds- an oversized trench that adds a bold statement to any look. Finished off with black accessories including a belt, shoes, and bag. 👌🏻
