I love reading your posts Julia! You are so real. I too have been hit by the perimenopause bus and the struggle is real! I do the 18-6 fast on week days which I think is helping, take a ton of vitamin D (did you know that oestrogen helps to activate vitamin D? So as your oestrogen drops, you can become vitamin D deficient. I take 2000IU/ day) but I feel like I need to listen to this podcast to make sense of it all! Thank you for the great recommendation x
